Briana King is a portrait artist who examines themes of intimacy, emotional vulnerability, and intrapersonal relationships through paintings, drawings, and prints. Based out of Southern Maryland, she is a soon-to-be graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a BA in Art. With influences spanning from master artists such as Albrecht Dürer and Rembrandt, to contemporary works by Susanna Coffey and Michaela Japec, she works to capture the complexity of human relationships.
